Delete the active profile

Open the active profile, choose About NerdScore, then Delete profile data and confirm. Clear local data is a separate device-only action.

Profile deletion removes direct profile fields, photo and thumbnail, profile code, PIN hash, unlocks, pending profile invitations, active group links and associated live sessions. Purchase entitlements no longer remain linked to the profile; for app-store purchases only the anti-reuse hash described in the Privacy Policy may remain. It does not delete other profiles remembered on the device.

Request without the app

Email ertalex@hotmail.it with subject NerdScore data deletion request. You do not need to reinstall the app or open it again.

Include the profile name and code if available, relevant group name and enough context to identify the record. We may ask for a proportionate identity check before deleting data.

Shared history and backups

Shared match rows remain pseudonymised as Deleted profile plus an internal number so group history stays coherent, but they are excluded from current rankings, badges and awards. Moderation reports remain for the periods stated in the Privacy Policy and refer only to the pseudonymised profile. The latest 7 successful database dumps rotate automatically, so deleted data can remain in a disaster-recovery dump until it is pruned.

Local data and export

Clear local data removes the current device's saved profiles, guest token, pending links, preferences and caches without deleting server profiles. Before deletion, you can download your JSON export from the app or request it by email.
