Include your device model, app version, what you were doing and any visible error. For privacy requests, send only the profile or group details needed to locate the record.
Using the app
NerdScore works through a guest session and profile rather than a mandatory email login. Profile, group and invite codes are access links: do not publish them unintentionally.
Data and content requests
Use the in-app deletion and export tools when possible. If you cannot access them, email support for access, export, correction, deletion, objection, consent withdrawal or removal of an unauthorized photo.
Legal notice or complaint
Use this form for a formal legal notice about specific content available through NerdScore, or for a general complaint. For ordinary player conduct, use Report in the app; to exercise privacy rights, use Support.
The formal channel immediately provides a reference and private status link. Keep that link: it is how you can read the outcome and reasons even if email delivery is unavailable.
