Portability of data and user-provided content
The in-app export and GET /me/export provide the data linked to the selected profile and the content created through that session in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable JSON file. The export includes profile and group information, matches, series, rounds, score events, XP, unlocks, submitted reports, policy-acceptance evidence and authored game notes, matches, owned groups and invite messages, while excluding credentials, security secrets and other players' private data.
Under Article 95 of Spain's Organic Law 3/2018, you may also ask Support to transmit user-provided content directly to a provider you designate where that transfer is technically possible. NerdScore verifies identity, scope, destination and third-party rights before transfer. A request may be restricted only where required by law or a documented preservation duty; any restriction is explained.
Content and profiles after a user's death
Relatives, persons linked in fact, heirs, an executor or a person or institution expressly designated by the deceased may contact Support about the deceased user's NerdScore content, subject to Article 96 of Organic Law 3/2018 and any applicable regional civil law. NerdScore verifies the death, the requester's identity and authority, and any instructions or express prohibition left by the deceased before granting access, correcting, exporting or deleting content.
Where a valid requester asks for deletion of the deceased user's profile, NerdScore removes it without undue delay, while preserving only what another law requires and protecting the personal data and content rights of other private-group members. Requests concerning minors or people with disabilities are handled through their legal representatives or legally recognised support persons, as applicable.
Spanish scope and current Free service
NerdScore Free is a private scorekeeping service for invited tabletop groups. It has no public feed, public profile search, advertising, paid subscription or sale of personal data. The current service is operated by an individual established in Italy and is not presented as a Spanish establishment or a Spanish trader.
The Privacy Policy, Terms, support, export, deletion, reporting and formal legal-notice controls remain available in Spanish. This assessment must be reopened before Plus, advertising, sponsorship, public groups, public discovery, prizes, commerce, professional operation or any material change to data uses.
Your rights
You may request access, a machine-readable export, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and may object where processing relies on legitimate interests. Write to ertalex@hotmail.it; identity checks may be required to protect other users.
You may withdraw analytics consent in the app at any time. You may also complain to your local supervisory authority; in Italy this is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
International privacy rights
We provide every user, regardless of country, a way to request access, a copy, correction, and deletion of their data. We do not discriminate against anyone who exercises a privacy right, and we do not sell or share personal data for money or targeted behavioral advertising.
Changing NerdScore's language changes only the translation you read. It does not change your country, the law that applies, the competent authority, or any mandatory rights you have where you live.
Data controller
The data controller is Alexander Goytom. For privacy, access, export, correction, deletion or removal requests, write to ertalex@hotmail.it.
