Cyberbullying requests concerning a minor
Under Article 2 of Italy's Law No. 71/2017, as currently in force, a minor aged at least 14 or the minor's parent or legal guardian may use the Formal legal notice route to request that personal data identifying the minor in cyberbullying content be obscured, removed or blocked. Identify the content precisely with its URL, profile code, group code or another electronic locator. NerdScore preserves the original evidence where necessary before restricting or removing it.
NerdScore issues an immediate receipt, records the request as taken in charge within 24 hours and applies a 48-hour response target to an identified Italian content request. If the controller does not communicate that the request was taken in charge within 24 hours, does not act within 48 hours, or the content cannot be identified, the eligible requester may use the official Garante cyberbullying procedure linked below. This special route does not replace emergency services where a person is in immediate danger.
Rights concerning a deceased person's data
Article 2-terdecies of Italy's Privacy Code allows GDPR Articles 15 to 22 rights concerning a deceased person's personal data to be exercised by a person with their own interest, a person acting to protect the data subject as the data subject's authorised representative, or a person acting for family reasons worthy of protection. A request may be sent to Support or through the Formal legal notice route without possessing the deceased person's credentials or profile code.
NerdScore verifies the death, the requester's identity and authority, the request's scope, and any written instructions left by the deceased person. An express prohibition may restrict one or more rights, but cannot prejudice property rights arising from the death or the right to defend an interest in court. The response separates and minimises other private-group members' data: no tokens, credentials, secrets, group access or raw database exports are provided.

You may withdraw analytics consent in the app at any time. You may also complain to your local supervisory authority; in Italy this is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
International privacy rights
We provide every user, regardless of country, a way to request access, a copy, correction, and deletion of their data. We do not discriminate against anyone who exercises a privacy right, and we do not sell or share personal data for money or targeted behavioral advertising.
