Mexican integral and simplified privacy notice

This country notice, together with the linked Privacy Policy, is the integral privacy notice. Before the first protected collection, the app shows the controller, domicile, primary purposes, options to limit optional use and disclosure, ARCO route and a direct link to this integral notice. Material changes are published here and require a new versioned acceptance where the purposes or legal basis change.
Data, purposes, options and consent
NerdScore processes the profile, group, physical-game, match, optional media and technical-security data described in the Privacy Policy. Core data is used to provide and protect the Free service requested. Photos, notes, taunts and Firebase Analytics are optional; refusing them does not remove the core scorekeeping features.
Analytics remains disabled until separate consent and can be withdrawn in About without affecting earlier lawful processing. NerdScore does not request financial or sensitive personal data, use photos for biometric identification, sell data, show advertising or make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. A new purpose or sensitive-data feature reopens the Mexican notice and consent assessment.
Processors, remisiones and international transfers
Core profile, group, game, match, media, security-log and backup data is sent over encrypted connections to OVHcloud in Frankfurt, Germany for hosting, security, support and recovery. Google/Firebase may receive limited app, device and attestation data for integrity and, only after consent, an installation identifier, limited events and an approximate region for Analytics.
Processor handling under the controller's instructions is documented as a remisión and protected by contract. Any independent transfer is recorded with recipient, purpose and the applicable consent or statutory exception. NerdScore does not sell data and does not use an independent recipient for advertising. A new recipient, destination or purpose reopens the transfer register before release.
ARCO, revocation and limitation procedure
You may request access, rectification, cancellation or opposition (ARCO), revoke optional consent, or limit optional use or disclosure through Support, the in-app export and deletion tools, or ertalex@hotmail.it. State your name, the right exercised, a clear description of the data and any document needed to identify you or your representative. Identity checks are proportionate and protect other users.
NerdScore communicates the decision within 20 days after a complete request and, if granted, makes it effective within 15 further days. Either period is extended once only where legally justified and the reason is recorded. Exercise is free except permitted reproduction or delivery costs. A person may challenge a response, or the absence of one, through the competent Mexican authority within its applicable 15-day procedure.
Security incidents and affected-person notice
A suspected loss, destruction, unauthorized disclosure, alteration or access is recorded, contained and assessed immediately. If a breach significantly affects a person's property or moral rights, NerdScore informs that person without delay using the available contact channel.
The notice describes the nature of the incident, affected data, recommended protective steps, corrective action and a contact point. The incident register preserves timing, cause, impact, containment, communications and the reason for notifying or not notifying. The separate GDPR branch remains applicable to the Italian-established controller.
Minimum age, legal capacity and user content
NerdScore is not directed to children under 16 and does not accept them into the service. A person aged 16 or 17 must declare that a parent or legal guardian has read the Terms and permitted use of the current Free service, including optional photos and the limited user-content licence.
The versioned declaration is not identity or age verification. Reports, formal legal notices, removal, reasoned decisions, review and protected evidence preservation remain available for private-group content. The assessment reopens before lowering the age, introducing public or random interaction, precise location, payment, prizes or advertising.
Free consumer offer and Mexican-language terms
The current release is free, with no Billing, subscription, advertising, wager, prize, sale of data or in-app purchase. Service features, limits, controller, support, privacy, deletion and legal-notice routes are disclosed truthfully. The Mexican Terms are provided in Spanish in legible form and mandatory local consumer rights are not excluded.
Language and legal market remain independent: selecting Mexico does not force the interface language, and changing language does not change this notice. Plus, Billing, Ads, professional commercial operation or another material product change requires a new Mexican privacy, consumer and tax review before release.
Your rights
You may request access, a machine-readable export, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and may object where processing relies on legitimate interests. Write to ertalex@hotmail.it; identity checks may be required to protect other users.
You may withdraw analytics consent in the app at any time. You may also complain to your local supervisory authority; in Italy this is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
International privacy rights
We provide every user, regardless of country, a way to request access, a copy, correction, and deletion of their data. We do not discriminate against anyone who exercises a privacy right, and we do not sell or share personal data for money or targeted behavioral advertising.
Changing NerdScore's language changes only the translation you read. It does not change your country, the law that applies, the competent authority, or any mandatory rights you have where you live.
